Calynex Private Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of India, engaged in the business of premium lighting solutions, home electronics, and interior design consultations. Our registered office is in India and we operate across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Products and Services

Calynex offers the following services:

All product images on this website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish, or dimension. We reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent or superior quality with prior client notification.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Calynex reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Confirmed project quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.

Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service in addition to ours. Calynex does not store any card or banking details on its servers.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Calynex and clearance of the advance payment. Calynex reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, in which case any advance paid will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery and Lead Times

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to change due to manufacturing lead times, logistics, or other factors beyond our control. Calynex is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, customs, or force majeure events. Clients will be kept informed of any material delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design concepts, images, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Calynex Private Limited or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Design drawings, mood boards, and specifications prepared by Calynex for a client project are shared for that project's use only and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calynex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Warranties

Calynex provides a 12-month warranty on installation workmanship. Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms and will be passed on to the client. Warranties are void if products are tampered with, misused, or damaged due to electrical surges or improper use.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Amendments

Calynex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
